DOUBLEVIEW CAPITAL CORP. (TSX-V: DBV) ANNOUNCES CLOSING OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT FINANCING

Doubleview Capital Corp. has closed its fully subscribed non-brokered private placement financing of 10 million units at a price of five cents per unit for gross proceeds of $500,000. Each unit comprises one common share of Doubleview and one common share purchase warrant, with each warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional common share at eight cents per share for a period of 3-1/2 years from the date of issue.

The securities issued under the financing will be subject to a hold period expiring on Nov. 18, 2018, pursuant to applicable Canadian securities laws and the rules of the TSX Venture Exchange.

The company will use the proceeds of the private placement for exploration expenditures on the company's Canadian properties and general working capital.

Strategic investor

Maxwell Munday has subscribed to 100 per cent of this financing. Mr. Munday is an investor from Burnaby, B.C., who has supported many mining exploration and development companies and has been an important pillar in their success such as Integra Gold Corp.
