CADAN ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR

Cadan Resources Corp. has appointed Ryan Sander to the board of directors.

Mr. Sander has extensive experience in the mining and financial industries, and he has developed an extensive working knowledge of various corporate and financial disclosure matters, and deep working relationships with Australian, Singapore and Korean corporations. Mr. Sander was the financial controller for Asiatic Gold Ltd. for several years and is currently the business development manager for LSG Resources Pty. Ltd. a company based in Australia with vast mining exposure.
