The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the reduction in the exercise price of the following warrants.

Warrants:  4,515,884

Expiry dates:  Oct. 19, 2018, and Oct. 21, 2018

Original exercise price:  70 cents in the first and second years

New exercise price:  temporarily reduced to 40 cents for each warrant that is exercised on or before April 6, 2018; warrants not exercised prior to April 6, 2018, will remain outstanding in accordance with the original terms at 70 cents

Amendment:  For each warrant exercised the holder will receive, at no additional cost, one newly issued common share purchase warrant. Each whole incentive warrant is exercisable into one common share at $1.50 per share for a 24-month period.

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 9,031,768 shares with 4,515,884 share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective April 25, 2017.
