CAITERRA INTERNATIONAL ENERGY CORPORATION ANNOUNCES PURCHASE OF UNDEVELOPED OIL AND GAS LEASES IN ALBERTA

Caiterra International Energy Corp., subject to regulatory approvals, has entered into an agreement on July 25, 2014, to acquire an undivided 100-per-cent beneficial interest in and to a total of 135.68 square kilometres of oil and gas leases located in Northern Alberta and central Alberta. The agreement was reached between the company and BowRiver Development Canada Ltd. of Calgary, Alta. Consideration for the purchase of the leases and lands described in the attached table requires the payment to BowRiver of one million common shares of the capital stock of Caiterra.
