BHANG ANNOUNCES STRATEGIC BRAND ALLIANCES TO STRENGTHEN CALIFORNIA CANNABIS FOOTPRINT

CannaRoyalty Corp. partner Bhang Corp. has hired Los Angeles marketing firm Brand Wagon Agency to continue expanding Bhang's brand footprint in California, throughout the United States and globally. Scott Van Rixel, chief executive officer of Bhang, commented, "We are confident Brand Wagon's expertise will amplify Bhang's voice as we expand around the globe."

In February, Bhang announced a deal with CannaRoyalty, wherein CannaRoyalty acquired the exclusive statewide manufacturing and distribution rights to Bhang cannabis products. Mr. Van Rixel, reflecting on the deal, stated: "CannaRoyalty is the right partner to manufacture, distribute and grow our entire California product portfolio. They have the infrastructure and the know-how to weather legislative turbulence, while making both an immediate and lasting impact on the market."

Brand Wagon will highlight the collection of Bhang products available to licensed dispensaries and showcase the over all brand benefits that Bhang brings to consumers: award-winning, premium-quality, high-value products.

Afzal Hazan, CannaRoyalty president and general counsel, reiterated the points in a February press release: "The acquisition of exclusive licence rights is expected to result in a substantial increase in throughput for our edible manufacturing operations in California. The product lines generated $5.6-million (U.S.) in combined revenue last year purely based on brand loyalty and with relatively limited resources committed by the previous licence holder. Pairing the existing brand awareness of Bhang in the marketplace with CannaRoyalty's product and marketing expertise, capital base and broad California distribution footprint, will position Bhang's product lines to drive meaningful growth."

Bhang's partnerships with Brand Wagon and CannaRoyalty indicate the company is poised for extensive vertical growth over the next year and will be attracting new customers throughout the Golden State and around the globe.
