CROWFLIGHT AND KRIA MOURN LOSS OF STEVEN DAVIES, CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Crowflight Minerals Inc. and Kria Resources Ltd. have released an update about the sudden passing of their employees' friend and colleague, Steven Davies, PEng, the vice-president, operations, and chief operating officer of Crowflight and Kria. Mr. Davies was an integral member of Crowflight's Bucko Lake operations, and of Kria's exploration and management team, significantly contributing to the exploration success of the Halfmile Lake and Ruttan properties, to the development of Crowflight's Northern Manitoba mining camp, and in and around the community of Snow Lake, Man. He will be greatly missed.

The board of directors, management, employees and consultants of Crowflight and Kria would like to offer their sincere condolences to Mr. Davies's wife Laurie and his children, his family, and his friends.

Mr. Davies was a highly skilled engineer with over 25 years of mine operations, contracting and engineering experience, specifically in Manitoba and Ontario. Throughout his impressive career, he has worked in senior operations positions with Alex MacIntyre & Associates, which are the principal contractors at Vale Inco's Thompson mines, Hudson Bay Mining and Smelting's operations in Snow Lake and Flin Flon, Cameco Corp.'s Eagle Point mine and Kinross's Macassa mine in Kirkland Lake. Mr. Davies was a graduate of Haileybury School of Mines and Michigan Technological University with a bachelor of science in mining engineering.

Stan Bharti, the executive chairman of Crowflight and director of Kria, stated, "We are deeply saddened by Steve's passing and extend our sincere condolences to Steve's wife and children."

Mark Trevisiol, president and chief executive officer of Crowflight, stated: "Ours was one of the many projects Steve helped develop in Northern Manitoba. Manitoba has lost one of its modern-day mining pioneers. Our hearts are with his family."

Mike Hoffman, the president and chief executive officer of Kria, stated: "Both Kria and I have lost a great friend and colleague. Our thoughts and prayers are with Steve's wife and family at this time of great sadness."
