REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF THE MATURITY OF THE WARRANTS

Canada Strategic Metals Inc., subject to required approvals from regulatory authorities, will extend until Nov. 10, 2015, the expiration date of warrants issued in respect of a private placement which closed on Nov. 8, 2012.

The private placement of Nov. 8, 2012, represented 2.05 million units at a price of 5.5 cents per unit, for a total amount of $112,750, each unit consisting of:

• One common share and one non-transferable share purchase warrant, each warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional common share of the company at a price of 10 cents per share until Nov. 8, 2014.

No warrants have been exercised. No insider holds a participation in such financing.
