CANADIAN INTERNATIONAL MINERALS INC. APPOINTS THOMAS HASEK TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Canadian International Minerals Inc. has appointed Thomas Hasek, PEng, to the board of directors.

Mr. Hasek is a professional geologist and entrepreneur with over 40 years of experience in the mineral exploration industry. He has managed the exploration and development of projects from around the world, and was the owner/operator of successful drilling and geophysical service companies. Mr. Hasek is a qualified person under the terms of National Instrument 43-101, and reviews all of the company's technical information releases.

The company also wishes to announce the resignation of Tor Bruland from the board of directors. The company thanks Mr. Bruland for his contributions, and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
