CHANGFENG ANNOUNCES DECLARATION OF 2018 SEMI-ANNUAL DIVIDEND

Further to Changfeng Energy Inc.'s announcement on May 17, 2018, the board of directors has approved a semi-annual dividend of 3.5 million renminbi, which is $693,769 based on the prevailing exchange rate between Canadian dollars and renminbi. The semi-annual dividend of one cent per common share is payable on July 26, 2018, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 16, 2018. Trading in Changfeng's common shares will begin on an ex dividend basis at the opening of trading on July 13, 2018.
