CES ENERGY SOLUTIONS CORP. ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

CES Energy Solutions Corp. has appointed Anthony (Tony) Aulicino as its chief financial officer, effective Oct. 1, 2018.

Mr. Aulicino comes to CES from Scotiabank Global Banking and Markets, where he most recently held the title of managing director, global investment banking, energy. Mr. Aulicino brings over 18 years of experience in finance, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and North American energy services industry coverage. During the last six years, Mr. Aulicino has come to be a trusted financial and strategic adviser to CES while acquiring extensive knowledge about the company's industry, business model and operations.

As chief financial officer, Mr. Aulicino will oversee financial management, treasury, capital market financings, corporate development and investor relations.

Mr. Aulicino holds an MBA with a specialization in finance from the University of Toronto, Rotman School of Management, and a bachelor of applied science in mechanical engineering from the University of Toronto.

Craig Nieboer will remain with CES until a proper transition of duties and responsibilities has been completed. The board of directors, executive management team and employees would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Nieboer for his valuable contributions as chief financial officer of the company over the past 10 years and the company wishes him well in his future endeavours.
