Michael Hunter has resigned as the chief executive officer, president and a director of Cardero Resource Corp., effective March 19, 2013. The company would like to thank Mr. Hunter for his service and significant contribution to the company. The board of directors has appointed Hendrik van Alphen as the new chief executive officer and president of the company.
