Pursuant to a resolution passed by the board on Oct. 11, 2018, Bonterra Resources Inc. has consolidated its capital on a 1:10 basis. The name of the company has not been changed.
Effective at the opening on Nov. 6, 2018, the common shares of Bonterra will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on a consolidated basis.
