The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the first tranche of a non-brokered private placement announced Dec. 14, 2012.

Shares:  1,487,500 flow-through shares; 2.42 million non-flow-through shares

Price:  eight cents per flow-through share; five cents per flow-through share

Warrants:  3,907,500 share purchase warrants to purchase 3,907,500 shares

Exercise price:  12 cents for a two-year period
