BITRUSH CORP. LAUNCHES ANOON.COM WEBSITE

The special committee of the board of directors of Bitrush Corp. is providing the following update to shareholders.

Further to the news release of the company dated March 20, 2017, the special committee is diligently continuing its work to protect the business and operations of the company necessitated from Werner Boehm's continued unlawful actions and lack of co-operation since his termination as chief executive officer of the company.

In this context Bitrush is pleased to announce the launch of the new official Anoon website. The website replaces anoon.co, which remains under the unlawful control and operation of Mr. Boehm, which is not affiliated with the company and should be disregarded entirely. This new website and domain is not accessible to the former CEO. Readers are reminded that all news releases on the Bitrush website since December, 2016, were posted by Mr. Boehm and should be ignored in their entirety.

All Anoon accountholders will be notified by e-mail of this change that the special committee deemed necessary to protect Anoon customers. All usernames, passwords and account balances will be available at the new Anoon website.

With regard to the matters before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice -- Commercial List and as previously announced, a court order has been issued against Mr. Boehm to return all company assets in his possession or control, cease dealing with company assets, communicating with Bitrush's customers, or holding himself out as an officer or director of the company or its subsidiaries. The application has been rescheduled for April 21, 2017, to provide the respondents additional time to respond to the application record filed by the company.

Readers are reminded that the only official Bitrush website is located at www.Bitrush.com and that the company's AdBit website address is www.Adbit.biz and that the Anoon website is now www.Anoon.com. Bitrush.co, Adbit.co and Anoon.co, which remain under the unlawful control and operation of Mr. Boehm, are not affiliated with the company and should be disregarded entirely.

The company's securities remain subject to the cease-trade order imposed by the Ontario Securities Commission on Dec. 2, 2016 (see news release dated Dec. 2, 2016).
