BIG ROCK BREWERY INC. ANNOUNCES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

Big Rock Brewery Inc. has declared a dividend of 20 cents per common share, to be paid on Jan. 15, 2015, to shareholders of record as at Dec. 31, 2014. The shares will commence trading on an ex dividend basis on Dec. 29, 2014.

All dividends paid by Big Rock are eligible dividends for Canadian tax purposes, unless otherwise indicated.
