YIELD GROWTH ClOSES $0.30 SPECIAL WARRANT FINANCING

The Yield Growth Corp. has closed a non-brokered private placement of 1,833,404 special warrants at a price of 30 cents per special warrant for gross proceeds of $550,021.

Each special warrant is exercisable without payment of additional consideration for one unit of the company, each unit consisting of one common share in the capital of the company and one share purchase warrant exercisable at 33 cents for a period of one year from the date of issuance for an additional share in the capital of the company. Each special warrant shall be deemed to have been exercised on the earlier of: (a) four months and one day from the closing date; and (b) three business days following the delivery to the investors of a prospectus supplement in compliance with applicable Canadian securities laws.
