Berkwood Resources Ltd. would like to clarify the meaning of "estimated market value" stated in the news release dated Aug. 16, 2019.

The underlying assumption of $1,500 (U.S.) per tonne used in the mineral resource estimate reflects a value to establish reasonable prospects of eventual economic extraction and does not reflect current market value of the mineralization.
