The
TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing Belmont Resources Inc.'s proposal to issue 140,000 bonus shares at a deemed price of five cents per share in consideration of a demand loan in the amount of $35,000. The loan bears interest at 1.5 per cent per month and is payable on or before Aug. 14, 2018.
