BELMONT OVERSUBSCRIBING $100,000 IN FINANCING

Further to the news release of Feb. 15, 2017, and the closing of the first tranche of 4.21 million units on Feb. 22, 2017, Belmont Resources Inc. is receiving further subscriptions of up to two million units for a total of up to eight million units at a price of five cents per unit for an additional $100,000.

Each unit will consist of one common share of the company and one transferable share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant will permit the holder to acquire one additional share of the company at a price of eight cents in the first year and at 10 cents in the second year after closing.

The company will pay finders' fees of up to 10 per cent in cash and/or warrants. The common shares and warrants are subject to a statutory hold period, and the financing is subject to exchange approval.

The company intends to use the net proceeds from the private placement for drilling and exploration on the Kibby basin, Nevada, lithium property and general working capital.
