The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pursuant to a joint venture shareholders' agreement between Bacanora Minerals Ltd. and SolarWorld AG whereby Bacanora will acquire a 50-per-cent interest in, and joint operational control of, the Zinnwald lithium project located approximately 35 kilometres from Dresden and adjacent to the border of the Czech Republic in southern Saxony, Germany, from SolarWorld. In consideration, the company will pay a cash consideration of five million euros to SolarWorld and will contribute five million euros toward the cost of completing of a feasibility study on the project.
