Brien Lundin, in the March, 2017, edition of the Gold Newsletter, says hold Balmoral Resources Ltd., recently 84 cents. Mr. Lundin said buy three times from July, 2014, to July, 2016, at prices ranging from 87 cents to $1.54. Assuming a $1,000 investment for each of the three buys, the $3,000 position is now worth $2,325. Balmoral spent last fall drilling its Martiniere gold project in Quebec, and has been releasing a steady stream of results over the past few months. Highlights that impressed Mr. Lundin include 11.66 metres of 6.25 grams per tonne gold, 8.22 metres of 4.13 g/t gold and 51.28 metres of 1.19 g/t gold. The first intersection on that list came from hole 237, which targeted an area that geologists see as a potential extension to the Bug Southeast zone. A large untested area lies between hole 237 and the previously announced hole 3. Balmoral will be targeting this area as part of a 25,000-metre drill program this year. Success on this front could change the size and scope of Martiniere, says Mr. Lundin. He is keeping the stock as a hold for now, but will consider making it a buy if this year's drill program turns up more discoveries.
