BADGER DAYLIGHTING LTD. JUNE CASH DIVIDEND

The directors of Badger Daylighting Ltd. have declared a cash dividend for the month of June of 3.3 cents per share, representing 39.6 cents per share on an annualized basis. Payment will be made on or about July 14, 2017, to shareholders of record on June 30, 2017.

The company expects that the dividends will be eligible dividends for income tax purposes, and thus qualify for the enhanced gross-up and tax credit regime for certain shareholders.
