ATAC RESOURCES LTD. ANNOUNCES PRIVATE PLACEMENT TO FINANCE ITS PREVIOUSLY-ANNOUNCED 2016 EXPLORATION PROGRAM AT THE RACKLA GOLD PROJECT, YUKON

Atac Resources Ltd. has arranged a fully allocated $3.25-million private placement, to consist of the sale of five million flow-through common shares at a price of 65 cents per share. The proceeds from this private placement, which is subject to regulatory acceptance, will be used to finance Atac's 2016 exploration program at its Rackla gold project in the Yukon, as announced on Feb. 10, 2016. Closing is expected to occur on April 22, 2016.
