AREV NUTRITION SCIENCES INC. ANNUAL GENERAL AND SPECIAL MEETING

Arev Nutrition Sciences Inc. held its annual general and special meeting on Friday, June 29, 2018, at 400 Burrard St., Vancouver, B.C., at 10 a.m. PT. At the meeting, shareholders elected Mike Withrow, Stephane Maher, Nils Rehmann, Guy Dancosse and Scott McDermid to the company's board of directors. Shareholders also approved all other matters tabled at the meeting (as set out in the company's management information circular dated June 1, 2018). This included a name change to Arev Brands International Ltd. The name change will take effect upon CSE approval.

Further, the company announces that it will not be proceeding with the proposed transaction with We Grow BC Ltd., which has been terminated. Both parties contributed significantly toward the proposed transaction and the board of company would like to thank everyone for their efforts. The board is pleased to announce that the company's shareholders shall benefit from less dilution, as well as more focus, on the company's existing assets and future prospects consistent with the corporate mandates of the company.
