ARMADA'S MB BOTTLE-BREW DIVISION SHUTTING DOWN PRODUCTION FACILITY

Armada Data Corp., effective Jan. 1, 2015, has shut down its Mister Beer Inc. production facility, and is exploring options with respect to a sale or other disposition of the bottle brew business line.

R. James Matthews, president and chief executive officer of Armada, said, "The Mister Beer sales and production team worked very hard and did a wonderful job attracting new clients and distribution networks, but to date, has not been able to sustain continuing reorders from this network to meet minimum levels of profitability."

Armada has not made a decision as to whether the brewery and the business will be shut down permanently, and will make a final decision after divestiture options have been fully explored. Mr. Matthews stated, "Armada does not intend to continue to subsidize a business division that continues to lose money, notwithstanding the significant in-roads the sales team has made with two or three national retail chains and two major resellers."

As part of exploring divestiture options, Armada has commenced discussions with third parties regarding purchase/investment options related to the Mister Beer bottle brew business division. No agreement or commitment has been reached to date with any potential purchasers, investors or partners.
