ANGLO PACIFIC GROUP PLC DIRECTORS' SHARE DEALINGS IN COMPANY

Anglo Pacific Group PLC has received notification of the following transactions by Robert Stan, non-executive director of the company, on Nov. 27, 2017.

On Nov. 22, 2017, Mr. Stan acquired 4,150 ordinary shares of two pence each in the company at a price of 141 pence per share.

On Nov. 27, 2017, Mr. Stan acquired 10,850 ordinary shares of two pence each in the company at a price of 143 pence per share.

The transactions took place on the London Stock Exchange.

Following this notification, the total beneficial holding of shares by Mr. Stan is 170,540 shares, representing 0.09 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the company.

This notification is intended to satisfy the company's obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R.
