On June 20, 2016, Anglo Pacific Group PLC investor Aberforth Partners LLP, through Aberforth Smaller Companies Trust PLC, Aberforth U.K. Small Companies Fund and Aberforth Geared Income Trust, registered under Nortrust Nominees Ltd., acquired shares of Anglo Pacific. Before June 20, 2016, Aberforth and its affiliates held 6,549,032 shares of Anglo Pacific. After June 20, 2016, they now hold 17,142,812 shares of Anglo Pacific, representing 10.09 per cent of those issued and outstanding.
