ANGLO PACIFIC GROUP PLC: RESULT OF AGM AND COMMODITY PRICE

At the annual general meeting of Anglo Pacific Group PLC held on May 10, 2016, all resolutions were duly passed by a show of hands. Resolutions 17, 18 and 19 were passed as special resolutions.

At today's AGM the chief executive officer gave a short presentation to shareholders on the 2015 year-end results, noting in particular the 24-per-cent increase in the year-to-date price of coking coal which could positively impact on future royalty income given the company's current portfolio, and to a lesser extent the 45-per-cent increase in the vanadium pentoxide price during the same period.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.2, a copy of resolutions 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19 will shortly be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, and will be available for inspection at the Hemscott website.
