ANGLO PACIFIC GROUP PLC AMENDMENT TO CANADIAN EX-DIVIDEND DATE AND NOTIFICATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH LR 9.6.14

The Canadian ex dividend date for Anglo Pacific Group PLC's previously declared interim dividend for the year ended Dec. 31, 2014, of 4.45 pence per share has been amended to Nov. 26, 2014, from the previously announced date of Nov. 27, 2014, in line with Toronto Stock Exchange requirements. The United Kingdom ex dividend date remains Nov. 27, 2014, as originally announced.

The interim dividend will be paid on Feb. 4, 2015, to shareholders on the register at the close of business on Nov. 28, 2014, and the company will be offering a scrip alternative, with the last day for elections to be Jan. 14, 2015.

Further, in order to fulfill its obligations under Listing Rule 9.6.14, the company also announces that one of its non-executive directors, Rachel Rhodes, was a director of London Mining PLC within 12 months of its entering administration. Ms. Rhodes stepped off the board of London Mining on Nov. 6, 2013, and London Mining announced that it had appointed administrators on Oct. 16, 2014 -- a period of 11 months and one week.
