AMERICAN MANGANESE INC. GRANTS STOCK OPTIONS

American Manganese Inc. has granted 6.75 million incentive stock options to certain of its directors, officers and consultants. The options are exercisable at a price of 24 cents per share for a five-year term. Any shares issued on the exercise of these stock options will be subject to a four-month holding period from the date of the grant. The stock option grants are subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
