AMERICAN MANGANESE INC. REPORTS ANNUAL GENERAL AND SPECIAL MEETING RESULTS

American Manganese Inc. has released the results of its annual general and special meeting held on May 30, 2018. At the meeting, all resolutions placed before the meeting were passed. Shareholders re-elected Larry W. Reaugh, Andris Kikauka, Jan Eigenhuis, Edward Skoda, Norm Tribe and Kurt Lageschulte to serve as directors of the company for the ensuing year. DeVisser Gray LLP was appointed as auditor of the company. Shareholders also approved the adoption of the advance notice policy by the company.
