ALIX FINANCING

Alix Resources Corp. has arranged a non-brokered private placement of up to five million units at a price of five cents per unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $250,000. Each unit will comprise one common share and one transferable share purchase warrant of the company. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase an additional share at a price of 10 cents per share for a period of 24 months from the date of closing. Proceeds will be used for the company's short-term payables and for general working capital.

Finders' fees may be payable on the private placement, subject to the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.

The private placement is subject to TSX-V acceptance.

Alix Resources is a junior mining exploration company focused on seeking and acquiring lithium projects globally. Alix now has active lithium projects in Mexico, Ontario and Quebec.
