ALIX EFFECTS SHARE CONSOLIDATION

Alix Resources Corp., further to its news release dated Dec. 1, 2014, effective Dec. 17, 2014, at market open, will consolidate its common shares on the basis of one postconsolidation common share for every 10 preconsolidation common shares.

The company will have a total of approximately 7,873,988 postconsolidation common shares issued and outstanding.

The consolidation was approved by the directors of the company and has been approved by the TSX Venture Exchange.
