The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to a non-brokered private placement for Alix Resources Corp. announced March 13, 2014:

Number of shares:  five million flow-through shares

Purchase price:  five cents per flow-through share

Warrants:  five million share purchase warrants to purchase five million shares

Warrant exercise price:  7.5 cents for a two-year period

Placees:  14

Finder's fee:  Canaccord Genuity Corp. will receive $17,000 and 340,000 finder's warrants that are exercisable into common shares at 7.5 cents per share for an 18-month period.
