AFRICAN METALS REPRICES STOCK OPTIONS
African Metals Corp. has amended the exercise price of 4.55 million outstanding stock options from prices ranging from 24 cents to 38.5 cents to a new price of 17 cents. The amendment is also subject to regulatory and, in the case of insiders, shareholder approval.
