The TSX Venture Exchange fell 5.94 points to 693.75 Friday, ending the week down 8.30 points. David Mitchell's seventh capital pool shell, Commerce Acquisition Corp. (CAQ: halted), plans to acquire Mimi's Rock Inc., a maker of vitamins and supplements, for the shell's qualifying transaction. The shell will roll back 1 for 4, leaving it with 1,562,500 shares issued, then issue 46,294,380 shares to its target's shareholders.
Mimi's Rock sells its products on Amazon under the brand name Dr. Tobias. Among its bestsellers is Dr. Tobias Colon, which is meant to detoxify the colon, help one lose weight and increase one's energy level, all within 14 days. This product costs $13.27 (U.S.) per bottle containing 28 capsules, of which one takes one or two per day. The company's dozens of other products include Dr. Tobias Liver, Dr. Tobias LungMeister, Dr. Tobias Thyroid Support, Dr. Tobias Omega-3 Fish Oil, Dr. Tobias Blood Pressure, Dr. Tobias Blood Sugar, Dr. Tobias His Vigor (for "male enhancement") and Dr. Tobias Enlightened Woman (for hormonal imbalance and menopause support). Prices range from $10.12 (U.S.) for a 60-capsule bottle of Dr. Tobias Cranberry and $92.51 (U.S.) for a 60-capsule bottle of Dr. Tobias Deep Immune for Women. The latter one "reaches deeply into the intestine" and "supports urinary tract health," according to the label.

Great articles. A coincidence that you managed to tie in two companies that have directors that appear to be on the radar of the #AllSharesMatter movement that grew from the involvement of Bridgemark / Westmark Tax/Hofmann and 800-1199W hastings. Busy busy guys w lots of capital that seems to go back into paying for stuff that they control.
