The TSX Venture Exchange gained 4.88 points to 768.62 Tuesday. Pat DiCapo's halted capital pool shell, POCML 3 Inc. (PWR), has completed its qualifying transaction by acquiring Neo Lithium Corp., an Ontario company that owns the Tres Quebradas lithium project in Argentina. POCML 3 rolled back 0.91 for 1, which left it with 6.37 million postconsolidated shares issued, and then it issued 38.7 million postconsolidated shares to Neo Lithium's shareholders.

The QT target's largest shareholder was its president, Dr. Waldo Perez. He has a PhD in geology and was the president of Lithium Americas Corp. (LAC: $0.93) for four years until 2013. Lithium Americas peaked at $2.87 in January, 2011. Dr. Perez will serve as the president and a director of the resulting issuer, with 4.99 million shares or 7.66 per cent. Among the other large shareholders of Neo Lithium were Canadian and U.S. investment funds, which bought Neo Lithium shares at $1 in May. The funds included Robert Cohen's Dynamic Resource Fund and Scotia Resource Fund, which bought a combined three million shares, and Frank Holmes's U.S. Global Investors, which bought another three million shares.
