CORPORATE UPDATE
Xiana Mining Inc. has appointed Carlos Ballon as chairman and chief executive officer of the company, effective Aug. 24, 2015. Rowland Perkins has resigned as chief executive officer but will remain a director of the company.
Additionally, the company reports that, at its annual general meeting held on Aug. 17, 2015, the following persons were elected to the board of directors:
Carlos Ballon,
Tony Drescher,
Bob Baxter,
Brian Kerzner and
Rowland Perkins.
