Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated Sept. 9, 2014, the exchange has been advised that the cease trade order issued by the British Columbia Securities Commission dated Sept. 9, 2014, has been revoked.

Effective at the opening on Monday, Dec. 1, 2014, trading will be reinstated in the securities of the Wind River Energy Corp. (Cusip No. 97316C 10 8).
