VICTORY VENTURES PROVIDES CORPORATE UPDATE

Victory Ventures Inc. wishes to follow up on its news release of March 25, 2014. The company has investigated opportunities in the sector of medical marijuana and conducted discussions with parties holding MMAR licences issued by Health Canada under the Medical Marijuana Access Regulations, as well as ways of financing such a transaction. It has also evaluated the issues and risks involved in the regulatory and legal regime involved in becoming a licensed producer under Health Canada's recent Marijuana for Medical Purposes Regulations.

The company does not have an intention to proceed with any transaction in the medical marijuana field at this time, nor does it have an intention to change its business from that as a resource issuer, pursuant to the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
