Effective at the close of business on Wednesday, May 13, 2015, and in accordance with NEX policy, Section 15, United Protection Security Group Inc. will be delisted from the NEX for failure to pay its quarterly NEX listing maintenance fee. Prior to delisting, the company's securities were subject to a suspension from trading.
