UNISERVE COMMUNICATIONS CORPORATION: FORMATION OF EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE/CHANGE IN SENIOR OFFICER

Uniserve Communications Corp. has formed an executive committee comprising directors Joseph Willmott and Stephen Plant, and former director Dan Nou. Mr. Willmott has agreed to become more actively involved in the company, and, as a result, the role of Bruce Sanderson as president and chief executive officer has been terminated, and he has resigned as a director. Mr. Willmott has agreed to take on the responsibility of president and chief executive officer on an interim basis during this transition.
