UPCO INTERNATIONAL INC. ANNOUNCES 2017 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING RESULTS

Upco International Inc. held its annual general and special meeting of its shareholders on Dec. 22. All of the items were approved at the meeting. Andrea Pagani, Jag Sandhu and Franco Zanichelli have been appointed to the board of directors.

Upco has issued 400,000 stock options exercisable at 47 cents for a period of five years to advisers and consultants of the company.
