3MV ENERGY ANNOUNCES A DEMAND NOTICE FROM ITS SECURED LENDER

3MV Energy Corp. has received notice from Invico Diversified Income Limited Partnership of default by 3MV under terms of a loan agreement dated Oct. 31, 2014. The notice is a demand for repayment of $6-million principal outstanding, together with accrued unpaid interest, and Invico's intention to enforce security.
