A receipt has been issued by the Autorite des marches financiers du Quebec and the securities commission or regulatory authority of each of the other provinces of Canada in connection with the filing by Stornoway Diamond Corp. on May 13, 2014, of a final prospectus relating to Stornoway's marketed public offering of subscription receipts. Closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about May 21, 2014.
