SELWYN ANNOUNCES GRANT OF INCENTIVE STOCK OPTIONS

Selwyn Resources Ltd. has granted incentive stock options under its stock option plan to its directors and officers to acquire up to a total of 198,000 common shares. All options are exercisable for a period of five years at a price of $2.01 per common share. Of the options, 50 per cent will vest immediately and 25 per cent will vest every six months thereafter.
