STUDENT TRANSPORTATION TO HOLD THIRD QUARTER FISCAL 2011 RESULTS CONFERENCE CALL AND WEBCAST

Student Transportation Inc. will hold a conference call and live audio webcast on May 12, 2011, at 11 a.m. ET to discuss its results for the three and nine months ended March 31, 2011.

A news release announcing Student's third quarter and fiscal 2011 year-to-date results will be issued on May 11, 2011.
