SUPERIOR PLUS ANNOUNCES AUGUST 2015 CASH DIVIDEND AND UPCOMING EVENTS

Superior Plus Corp. has declared its cash dividend for the month of August, 2015, of six cents per share, payable on Sept. 15, 2015. The record date is Aug. 31, 2015, and the ex dividend date will be Aug. 27, 2015. Superior's annualized cash dividend rate is currently 72 cents per share. This dividend is an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes.

2015 second quarter results and conference call

Superior expects to release its 2015 second quarter results on Thursday, July 30, 2015. A conference call and webcast for investors, analysts, brokers and media representatives to discuss the 2015 second quarter results is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. MDT on Friday, July 31, 2015.
