SLYCE INC. ANNOUNCES CHANGE IN BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Alistair Maxwell has resigned from Slyce Inc.'s board of directors. Mr. Maxwell has served as a director of Slyce since June, 2014. The board is grateful for Mr. Maxwell's valuable guidance, service and contribution to the corporation and wishes him continued success in his future endeavours.

Mr. Maxwell is the chairman and chief executive officer of Beacon Securities Ltd., an independent full-service Canadian investment bank. Mr. Maxwell is resigning from the board to allow Beacon Securities to support the previously announced public offering of units of Slyce. Further, Mr. Maxwell's vacancy on the board will allow for the appointment of a nominee of a future institutional investor of Slyce upon the approval of such nominee by the board and subject to regulatory approvals of the TSX Venture Exchange.
