SLYCE INC. CONTRACTS WITH SHOE CARNIVAL TO PROVIDE MOBILE VISUAL SEARCH TECHNOLOGY

Slyce Inc. has signed a contract with leading footwear and accessories retailer, Shoe Carnival, to power visual search for mobile commerce.

Headquartered in Evansville, Ind., Shoe Carnival is one of the largest United States footwear retailers and operates 400 stores in 34 states and Puerto Rico.

Slyce will derive revenues from the contract through monthly recurring software licensing and service fees, in line with its current pricing model, over the term of the contract.
